The Alpha Course
The Alpha course is a ten-week opportunity to explore the validity
and relevance of the Christian faith to your life today. It is a practical
introduction to the basics of Christianity centers on a meal, a talk and
small group discussion. Alpha Courses began in London,
England and have since spread to many nations. It is
the fastest growing introductory course to Christianity of its kind in the
world. Over 1.5 million people have attended the
Alpha course in the United States. Alpha is a flexible and practical model,
which can work for any size group. Churches and Christian organizations of
every background and denomination are discovering it to be a simple and
effective way of presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ in a clear and non-threatening
manner to people from all walks of life. Who
